If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Our scarves can sell out quickly, but orders come in every month. Please email us at info@uneecharpeunevie.com and we'll notify you when we have the scarf you love in stock.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. We try to work on orders as soon as possible to minimize the wait time. For domestic orders our products ship free of charge via USPS, most domestic packages will arrive within 1-5 business days depending on location. International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $25 via DHL and normally arrive within 3-7 business days depending on location and/or delays caused by weather. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise and incremental weather. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. You will be emailed when the package is shipped, received and if there is any delays in shipping. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@uneecharpeunevie.com to your sender list.


If the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
Customs Duties and Taxes: Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Customs Value: We are required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.
We are open for business Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm EST. Emails send beyond these times will be answered first thing the next business day.
Emails sent over the weekend will be answered on the following business day.

We have a minimum order of USD199.00 for all international orders. We currently ship WORLDWIDE via DHL, with a flat rate of $25 USD that is added to your total upon checkout.
